Accessibility Statement

Placeful is committed to making its booking platform accessible to all users, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as implemented in Italy by D.Lgs. 82/2022, which applies to e-commerce services — including online booking flows — since 28 June 2025.

Conformance target

The application targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA, including:

• keyboard-navigable booking flows and widget
• visible focus indicators and accessible names on interactive controls
• sufficient color contrast in light and dark themes
• responsive layouts usable at 320px width and up to 400% zoom
• form fields with associated labels and error identification
• reduced-motion support where animations are used

Known limitations

• Some third-party content (e.g. embedded payment pages served by Stripe) is outside our direct control.
• The application is continuously evolving; some legacy views may not yet fully meet the conformance target.
