Placeful 1.3 — assistant with memory, links & history

Highlights

  • Assistant chat history — conversations now persist across pages and reloads. The clock icon in the header reopens past chats and you can continue them right where you left off.
  • Linked answers — when the assistant finds a booking or event it answers with a clickable link, so you can jump straight to it.
  • Live progress & feedback — see which lookups the assistant runs while it thinks, rate answers with thumbs up/down, and start a fresh chat anytime.
  • Smarter under the hood — token usage is logged per request for cost tracking, and old conversations are pruned automatically once their retention window passes.
  • Booking contacts fix — staff opening a customer's booking no longer see (or accidentally save) their own contact details in the guest fields.
