Highlights

• Guest self-service — guests cancel or reschedule their own bookings through a manage link, governed by per-venue cancellation policies with deadlines, penalties, and refund rules.
• Deposits & card holds — collect a deposit or hold a card at booking time, and charge a no-show fee when the guest doesn't turn up.
• SMS & WhatsApp notifications — confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices now go out over Twilio, with a per-user sms preference.
• Reconfirm-or-release — ask guests to reconfirm before their slot; unconfirmed bookings release automatically or get flagged for staff review, and each guest builds a no-show score.
• Staff radio — voice rooms become Radio: text messages alongside clips, live WebRTC talk rooms, and autoplay in the member app.
• Ledger & money fixes — order captures, booking totals, and currency displays corrected.
