Highlights

• Venue map & tables — draw your floor plan, place physical tables on it and pin bookings to them. Tables move between areas on a schedule, so tonight's layout doesn't have to match next week's.
• Seating map — a live floor view per service day (/venue/seating): pick a booking, click compatible tables and the seats split automatically — a party can span several tables. An auto-seat pass proposes the full day plan (spread or compact), and the booking editor and planner deep-link the booking's own day.
• Universal seating — every booking type can take tables: area bookings pin inside their area, seat/time bookings follow their resolved area, event bookings go anywhere on the floor.
• Promo codes — customers submit a code at checkout; the booking parks for staff review instead of charging the card. Approve with full or partial coverage (the remainder is paid through a Stripe link), reject with a fallback — and a code burns company-wide once honored.
• Area booking — companies can let customers book an area directly for a time window, with its own hours, weekdays and capacity — or mix areas and events in one company.
• Planner calendar — a month grid at /admin/planner paints closures, bookings, events and table moves per day, with batch close/reopen/move actions straight from the grid. New bookings and events — and the seating map — now open inside the planner's iframe modal, so you never lose the grid underneath.
• Area analytics — two new dashboard sections break bookings down by area and over time, and ride the export.
• Cold-storage archiving — fully-ended events move to encrypted bundles automatically, keeping the app fast while dashboards stay intact; restore brings everything back.
• Smarter assistant — the assistant sees the page you're on, opens records for you, and can now propose more changes for one-click approval: tables and areas, table placement and moves, booking edits and cancellations.
• Live sync everywhere — dashboard, planners, editors, widgets and seating all realign in real time when someone else changes shared data — no more stale screens.
• Safer bookings — overbooking, settlement and permission edge cases closed across the booking flow.
