Placeful 2.8.1 — series explode fix & win-back opt-in

Fixes

Exploding an event series now sticks — "explode" used to only ungroup events until refresh; it now permanently unlinks each member and removes the empty series, so later edits can no longer re-sync them.

Abandoned-booking win-back opt-in — venues can now choose to send one reminder email to signed-in bookers who reach the review step then leave. Off by default under Company settings → General; booker marketing consent still required.
